These insoles are perfect for increasing sole thickness and providing some comfort with my barefoot style shoes. I find most insoles to be too soft which causes problems with my knees and ankles, or they have contours and arch supports that cause discomfort. These are flat and firm while also providing good shock support for all day working on hard floors. I also appreciate them for adding sole thickness for my hiking shoes since most barefoot type shoes have really thin soles and as larger person I need a little more protection from the ground. The last me about 6 months of hard use. I was buying them on Amazon and was really happy to discover that I can buy direct from the company instead for the same price.

Transformed my zero drop hiking boots to work boots. A lot more comfortable walking on cement without compromising the integrity of the zero drop. For around $20! I wish I found these years ago!

Just what I needed to make my barefoot shoes more comfortable!

These are just what I needed to help make my barefoot shoes even more comfortable!

I bought these insoles to take up some volume in my new boots that were probably about one-half size too big. I contacted Run 619 to ask which thickness they suggested, and although it’s not an exact science, the 6mm thickness was suggested. I’m happy to say that the 6mm ones worked perfectly for me… totally satisfied!

I bought these because of having a big toe injury. I was recommended to wear stiffer shoes or use a firmer insole than the ones in my barefoot shoes. So far these have been working great for that, with the added benefit of helping relieve some of the intensity of concrete walking; my feet aren't yet adapted enough for much of that and I was getting forefoot pain quite regularly. These insoles provide a bit more support than usual foam insoles and their firmness retains some of the felt ground responsiveness.

I ordered men's 10-11.5 as I have size 10 feet. Although the description says these insoles are not designed for a wide toe box, after trimming the length down the width was perfect for my wide toe box barefoot shoes.

I also ordered the 3mm wide insoles as I wasn't sure if some of my shoes had enough vertical toe height as their stock insoles were 3mm. It turns out they all work well with the 4.5mm, but the 3mm has been working well combined with a gel insole on top for days I need extra cushion for foot recovery.

Using this flat insole as a spacer in shoes that are too big. They are firm insoles so ideal for this purpose. They did the job well.

I’m planning to purchase again as a replacement for tje flat insole in my daughter’s running shoes. The quality is good.

I wanted insoles similar to the kind that typically come in new shoes, except without the arch support. I have flat feet and arch supports are just uncomfortable for me. These insoles fit the bill nicely. Their material is kind of like the dense foam found in most shoe insoles that come with the shoe, not like the soft mushy ones you get at the drugstore.

I have been using the 619 insoles for 7 years and I love them.
